Digital Detox Hour In-Person

Take a break from screens and join us for an hour of unplugged time. This is a chance to spend some quiet time with a book, diary, or creative activity, or to connect with fellow students—only if you want to.

In this session, you can:

  • Enjoy quiet, screen-free time
  • Socialize and share ideas if you wish
  • Bring your own books or supplies

(A quick note: To help keep our Special Collections & Archive Room in great shape, please bring only pencils, not pens,  and bottled water with you. Thanks for helping us care for this unique space.)

No registration required.

  • ​​3:15 – 3:35 | Time to yourself
  • ​​3:35 – 3:55  | Time to connect or Time to yourself

Time for You
Whether you want to read a book, draw, journal, or enjoy any solo activity, this is your chance to focus on yourself without interruptions. Just bring along your own books or creative materials to keep you engaged.

Time to Connect
Fancy a chat or some company? Join others to socialise, discuss books, swap ideas, or play games—but only if you feel like it. You’re free to join in or simply enjoy your own space.
