                Wellbeing Pause In-Person
These weekly, drop-in wellbeing sessions are for anyone who would like to enjoy a quiet pause in their day, reduce stress, and feel refreshed. Each session involves a guided mindful breathing exercise and a brief discussion. No registration required. All are welcome.
