SLR - Job Shadowing - Acquisitions Team In-Person
The Acquisitions team perform a range of tasks such as ordering print, electronic and audiovisual items. We also review reading list items for purchase via readinglists@gold and liaise with our vendors to solve queries. Job shadowing this team will involve an overview of our work and then some of the following activities: checking in new deliveries onto our Library Management System, running a report for high demand or lost items and linking new ebook purchases to reading lists.
